Changing Farm Properties

In the previous section we saw how the Choose farm window can be used as a farm field selection tool. It can also be used to change farm properties. Open the Choose farm window one of two ways:

• Click to select FARMNAME field in the primary grid, then click again and an ellipses button appears. Press this.
• choose Edit->farm from the main menu.

Locate the farm that you want to change the properties of. Click the Edit button. The window will expand to show added controls.

The farm table includes the following fields:

Name	Farm name	Code	Farm’s access code
Address	Farm address	Station	List of packaging stations where farm is enabled

• Note that not all of these fields are enabled on all systems.

Sending Farm To Packaging Station

To send a farm to a packaging station, do the following:

• Open the Choose farm window.
• Click the Edit button.
• Click on the Stations ellipsis button.
• In the Pick Station(s) window, check off the station or stations that you want the farm sent to.
• Press OK button.
• Now you are back on the Choose farm window. Check the Refresh checkbox.
• Press the Save button.
• Repeat for any other farms that you would like to send.
• Close the Choose farm window.
• Choose the menu item Scale->Refresh lists to initiate the download.
