The
principles and theories of ES111 are applied to in-depth troubleshooting
in this 4 1/ 2-day course. Very little lecture, but ample lab
work is used so that attendees learn a systematic and methodical approach
to troubleshooting. Advanced electronic weighing is part of this course,
looking at scale system connection, batching, interfacing, and data
recording. Seminar topics include scale mechanics, load cells, indicators,
power conditioning, data collection, and troubleshooting process control.
