Page 1-1:
Remove "tactile-feel".

Page 1-4:
Change "...four 350 Ohm cells" to "...eight 350 Ohm cells".

Page 3-1:
Add a footnote about the "Shift Adjustment" box in the "Scale Interface"
column only appearing when a DigiTol J-Box has been selected.
A "Password" block should be added as the last block in the "Operation Mode" column.

Page 3-16:
The "Tare Ena?" prompt shown in section 2. is missing from the block diagram.
The "Sign Cor?" prompt should be added as the last block in the block diagram.
(see page 3-26 for the description of this feature)

Page 3-19:
At step 8 add: "An entry of '99' results in an 'Under Zero' display at
at (zero - 50% of capacity) i.e. a large negative weight.

Page 3-20:
The "Measure 1" and "Adjust 1" prompts should be swapped in section 2.

Page 3-21:
"Stablize?" should be replaced by "Stable?".

Page 3-25:
Add a note that the "Space" and "Mark" parity selections are not provided on
Com2 and Com3 only.
Change the sentance after the "Checksum" heading to read: "Checksum is selectable for continuous output mode only."

Page 3-26:
The margin note and paragraph about Net Sign Correction should be moved to page 3-16.

Add a margin note near the "Demand" heading:
"If more than one Output connection is set to "Demand" then the applicable
prompts: "Use COM1?N", and/or "Use COM2?N" and/or "Use COM3?N" will appear
when the print key is pressed. This prompt(s) allow the operator to direct
the demand print to a desired port(s)."

Page 3-29:
Useful information from "ISB 95-07" should be added here.

Page 3-32:
The sentence "Use the digit keys to enter the decimal value of any special character 0-255."
should be added in the "SPEC CHAR" paragraph.

Page 3-36:
The following note should be added somewhere on this page:
"The SP1, SP2, SP3 and SP4 display cursors will show the status of outputs 1-4.

Page 3-39:
The block containing "Literal 1-10" should say "Literal 1-20".
The block containing "Step 1-20" should say "Step 1-10".

Page 3-40:
The block containing "Enter step number (1-20)" should say "Enter step number (1-10)".

Page 3-45:
Add the following notes after section "2.":
If "none" is selected then operation proceeds to the ID/Tare Sub-block.

If ID/Tare Permanent Tare Total and Number of Transactions are desired then Accumulation must be set to Net, Gross or Displayed Weight.

Page 3-46:
Change the third bulleted text to read: At the "ManEntry?" prompt, select "Y" to enable entry/edit of a permanent tare (see the Memory Key description in Chapter 4) or select "N" to disable entry/edit of a permanent tare.
Note that selecting "ManEntry?N" does not disable previously entered permanent tares but is rather a way to prevent the operator from changing the permanent tare values.

Page 3-47:
Add the following to the "If Temporary" section at the end of the first bulletted text:
"If "N" is selected manually entered ID numbers are still possible provided the memory
location selected is empty.

Add the following in section "3." after the third bulletted text:
Any selection other than "None" will enable display of the current record
description and editing of the description if desired.

Page 3-48:
The reference to "Quick ID" should be changed to "ID".

Page 3-49:
The following should be added after section 9:
"10. If setpoints are enabled then "Prot SP?Y/N" will be displayed."
(Select "Y" to password protect the setpoint entry)

Page 4-14:
  • Change the section heading "Store and Recall Temporary and Permanent ID/Tare Records"
    to "Temporary and Permanent ID/Tare Records"
  • Add a note about the next Temporary Record number being obtained by always using the next higher unused record number. This procedure continues until ID/Tare record "99", then the check for the next Temporary Record number begins with ID/Tare record "1" until the next unused ID/Tare record is found.
  • Page 4-15:
    Remove the beginning "To" and ending ":" in the first sentence and make
    the line bold for a section heading.

    Add another item this section:
    "4. At the user entered prompt (if enabled) enter the requested data."
    Add the following margin note across from item "4.":
    The Prompt list appears only if enabled in setup.

    Page 4-16:
    Change the page heading to "Enter/Edit a Permanent ID/Tare Record".

    Add the following margin note near the top of the page:
    Enter/Edit of permanent ID/Tare records is only possible when "ManEntry?Y"
    is selected in setup.

    The "Quick ID?" prompt in section 3 should be changed to "ID?".

    Change the fourth bulletted text to be "...press TARE to enter the tare
    weight from the scale,..."

    Page 4-24:
    Replace the last bulletted text with the following:
    If "N" the Lynx proceeds to the "Another?N" prompt. Press Select to change
    the display to "Another?Y" and then press Enter to return to the "ID?" prompt
    (see #3 above).

    Page 4-25:
    Add the following to the margin text:
    "If more than one Output connection is set to "Demand" then the applicable

    An apostrophe cannot be entered in literals as shown in the "Charlie's..." example. Either remove the apostrophe in the example or change the example text to use individual characters to enter "Charlie's...".

    Page A-40:
    The text "Control the Display,", "Control the keys for operation of the balance.",
    "For balances with software cassettes the version of the MT_SICS level 0 to 3
    described here are summarized under the collective term MT-SICS V 1.0x printed on
    the software cassette.", "Please make sure that the version implemented on your
    balance agree with those listed above." should be removed as they do not apply to this product.

    The text following "Additional Documentation on Data Interface" should read:
    "Setting of the interface such as baud rate, number fo data bits, parity,
    handshake protocols and connector pin assignments are described in other sections
    of this manual."
    The lines under "This section describes:" should read:
