VS SYSTEM OPERATION


For JagXtreme VS software operation please refer to 
manual 16882800A except for Host Communication.

If Host is disabled in VS software then reports are sent to 
serial report printer connected on Com 2 of JagXtreme.

If Host is Enabled in VS software then WinTerminal/Host411 must be used
on Com2 of JagXtreme to retreive transactions from JagXtreme memory.
Printing of reports will be disabled.


HOST COMMUNICATION

Host communication will be done through WinTerminal/Host411
VB application installed on customer Host PC.

Using this VB Application, it is possible to retreive from
JagXtreme memory

    - Indbound (First Weighing) transactions
    
    - Outbound (Completed Weighing) transactions




WINTERMINAL OPERATION

  First time you run this program
  From this program Main screen you must first select SETUP button
  
    Select Serial Port on PC for Communication with JagXtreme
    Adjust communication protocol.
    
    After OK as been pressed, Select SAVE button from program
    Main screen in order to save these parameters.
 
 
  CONNECT
 
    This button must be selected if,
    in the Bottom right hand corner of the Main Screen
    "Logg OFF" is displayed.
  

  
 
 
 
 
 INBOUND
  
    Select this button to retreive Inbound transactions from JagX memory
        You will be asked a file name where these data will be saved on PC
        Default file name is IN + system date of PC, Ex: IN102504.csv
        It is possible to change this name by entering
        a new name in the box
    
    If this file already exist, a screen will appear asking you
    if you want to replace existing file
    
      Select YES and all data in existing file will be destroyed
      or
      Select NO to keep existing data and then you can
      enter a different name for the file.
    
    Inbound transactions will not be cleared from JagXtreme memory
    To delete inbound transaction file:
    
      Select "TRANSACTION" from top menu in main screen
      
      Select "DELETE INBOUND" from drop down menu


OUTBOUND

  Select this button to retreive Outbound transactions from JagX memory
      You will be asked a file name where these data will be saved on PC
      Default file name is OUT + system date of PC, Ex: OUT102504.csv
      It is possible to change this name by entering a new name in the box

    If this file already exist, a screen will appear asking you
    if you want to replace existing file
    
      Select YES and all data in existing file will be destroyed
      or
      Select NO to keep existing data and then you can
      enter a different name for the file.
    

    Outbound transactions will be automatically deleted from JagX memory
    when complete transfer to PC is successfull.
