General description of the Windows 95/98/Me printer drivers FENIX TKsVLs.


1. Paper sizes (Paper)  
========================

The FENIX TKsVLs model driver supports the following paper sizes:

	Size 60 x  50mm  	
	Size 60 x 100mm
	Size 60 x 150mm
	Size 60 x 297mm		(default)

	Size 80 x  50mm  
	Size 80 x 100mm
	Size 80 x 150mm
	Size 80 x 297mm

	Size 82.5 x  50mm  
	Size 82.5 x 100mm
	Size 82.5 x 150mm
	Size 82.5 x 297mm

	Custom: 6.2mm<=LENGTH<=3276.7mm,  60mm (type paper)<=WIDTH<=82.5mm (type paper)


Note 1: Driver printing.

	Printing is page oriented, where the page length is the paper
	length selected. If we want to print a document with a determinate paper
	length, the document is partitioned in several pages of this length, adding
	at final page commands to do No Cut(paper feed)/Full Cut or Optical Mark
	positioning. 

	If we want to print in a document oriented manner, we can use the following
	technique: Choose a paper length so large like the maximum ticket that we
	want to print ( note that maximum page length is 327 cm). Do not worry about
	blank space until final page, because the driver erase it.

	La impresión esta orientada a página, donde el tamaño de la página
	viene determinada por la longitud del papel que se ha elegido. Esto
	significa que si queremos imprimir un documento con una determinada
	longitud, el documento se particiona en bloques de longitud igual a 
	la longitud de papel elegida, añadiendo al final de cada página los 
	comandos relativos a final de página que se tengan configurados 
	( por ejemplo No cut(avanza papel)/Full cut,  Marca Óptica).

	Ahora bien, si queremos una impresión tipo documento en la que sólo se
	inserten esos comandos a final de documento, se puede utilizar la 
	siguiente técnica: Escoger un tamaño de papel de longitud de página tan
	larga como la longitud máxima de nuestro posible ticket ( tengamos en 
	cuentan que es de hasta 327 cm), no hay que preocuparse por el posible
	despilfarro de papel pues el driver automáticamente elimina el espacio
	blanco final sobrante.

Note 2:  Width paper selection.

	This driver is thought for all printers models TK's & VL's. We must configure
	paper width with respect our printer model, the other way, the final result printer
	can be not satisfactory.

	Este driver esta pensado para toda la gama de impresoras TK's & VL's, y
	por lo tanto nosotros deberemos configurar la anchura de papel que se 
	corresponda con nuestro modelo de impresora, de lo contrario, el resultado
	final de la impresión podría no ser sastisfactorio.

3. Speed/Power   (Paper -> Media choice)
========================================

The FENIX TKsVLs model supports the following options speed/power:

	High speed/High power (default)

	Slow speed/Low power
	Very Slow speed/Very Low power
