Boxes that have not been assigned to a customer are in inventory. To print the production report for boxes that are in inventory, use the inventory report. This report breaks down the product by packaging date, so you can determine which product should be moved from the freezer first. To do an inventory report, do the following:

• Select the menu item Report->Inventory.
• The system will determine all the different packaging dates of the boxes that are in inventory. It will list these dates and it will check each one off.
• If there are dates that you do not want to include, uncheck them by clicking on them.
• Press OK to generate the report.
