To produce a summary breakdown of the boxes in the primary grid that can be printed, run a production report. To do this, do the following:

• Select the menu item Report->Production.
• If the node you have selected is date based, the report will include all the boxes. Otherwise, you will be prompted to provide a date range.
• The report will be displayed in a print preview only if the menu item "Preview" is checked. A print preview screen is shown here. It includes buttons to zoom in and out, buttons to change pages, buttons to save the report to disk and load the report from disk, buttons to alter the print setup and one to print the report.

• To print to another printer other than the default, press the Print setup button. In the print setup dialog that appears, choose the correct printer. You can also use this dialog to change the pages that get printed and to print multiple copies of the report.
