Dragging Selected Boxes

You can modify selected records in the primary grid by dragging them onto a tree node. Depending on what the tree node is, one or more fields in the grid will be modified. For example, drag the selected boxes onto a packing slip and the boxes get assigned to that packing slip. To perform the drag and drop operation, do the following:

  • Make sure the tree node that you want as a drop target is visible.
  • Select the boxes you want to modify.
  • Click the drag button to put the grid in drag mode.

  • Position cursor over the tree node and click to drop the boxes.
  • Confirm the operation when prompted.

 

 

You can cancel the operation by clicking anywhere outside the tree node area.
