  • Click in the items grid and select a product, then press the Pricing Adjust button to open a history of previous prices the product was purchased for. To reuse one of these prices double-click it or else press Escape key to close.
  • The Sub Total area shows the total amount owed from adding the individual product weights and their corresponding prices. What is not included is any charges or credits, nor is the amount converted to another currency.
  • The Total Area shows the final amount owing after charges and credits have been included with the subtotal and any conversion has taken place.
  • On the Items tab, there is the detail grid with a record for each product type. Fill in the PRICE column and the system will calculate the amount based on the net weight.

  • The Charges tab has a variety of edit boxes for some commonly used charges. In addition, there are some extra blank charges that can be setup for a customized application.
