To create a farm voucher, do the following:

• From the menu, select Form->New->Voucher.
• The Enter new voucher dialog will open up. The voucher will be assigned the next available voucher number from an incrementing list. Choose the farm by filling in the second edit box or by choosing it from the Pick Farm dialog that can be accessed by pressing the ellipsis button.



• Press the Next button.
• On the following page, fill in the date range of boxes to include.



• The confirmation dialog gives the user an opportunity to verify he has entered the correct information before continuing.
