If a scanned box is not found, one of the following may have occurred:
- The box failed the check weighing stage, but the user placed
it in inventory anyway.
- The packaging station where the box was packed hasn’t uploaded
its data transactions yet.
If you decide to add the box at the prompt be aware that there are
many details about the box that are missing; the farm, cage, packaging
site, etc. These details will have to be manually entered by you to
complete the data record. On the other hand, you might decide to not
add the box now because you believe the box data is still available
from the packaging station. In this case, you will want to press the
Cancel button to abort the processing of the scans. Try collecting
data from the packaging stations before resuming the processing of
the data. You can restart the processing of the scans by pressing
then un-pressing the C3Server Poll button.
