Calibration for the DR-150 and DR-400
1) DR 150
Calibration Procedure:
a. Plug in the scale.
b. Press the ''lb/kg'' key and ''Tare/ hold'' key without releasing and press the ''ON" key.
c. The display shows ''8888'' to "CAL"
d. Release these keys and display show ''c x 60'' to ''xxxx'' (zero count: 4700-6000)
    NOTE: Press the ''lb/ kg'' key to select the calibration weight unit. (lb or kg)
e. Press the ''Tare/ Hold'' key, and display shows ''xxxo''
f. Load 60kg (or 150 lb) on the platform.
g. Display shows ''1800-2200''
h. Press the ''Tare/ Hold'' key and display shows ''L60" to "End" to "x60.0"
    NOTE: In LB mode, the display will show "L150.0" to "End" to "150.0"
i. Remove the weight from the platform when calibration is finished.
 
2) DR 400
Calibration Procedure:
a. Plug in the scale.
b. Press the ''lb/kg'' key and ''Tare/ hold'' key without releasing and press the ''ON" key.
c. The display shows ''8888'' to "CAL"
d. Release these keys and display show ''c x 120'' to ''xxxx'' (zero count: 4700-6000)
    NOTE: Press the ''lb/ kg'' key to select the calibration weight unit. (lb or kg)
e. Press the ''Tare/ Hold'' key, and display shows ''xxxo''
f. Load 120kg (or 400 lb) on the platform.
g. Display shows ''1800-2200''
h. Press the ''Tare/ Hold'' key and display shows ''L120" to "End" to "x120.0"
    NOTE: In LB mode, the display will show "L400.0" to "End" to "400.0"
i. Remove the weight from the platform when calibration is finished.
